It is no secret that
I love Pensacola. I grew up here and chose to raise my family and build my business
here. We live in a good city, but, I believe with the right leadership, Pensacola can be a
GREAT city. I have the experience, determination, and enthusiasm
to move us forward without sacrificing the character and charm of America's Finest
Settlement.

- Job Creation I proudly support the
proposed Technology Park, and I will make bringing good jobs to our area a top priority.
- Reduce Costs & Taxes Now more than
ever, we must streamline our government in order to save taxpayers money.
- Annexation This is a great way to
increase our city's tax base without hurting our families.
- Air Service I was instrumental in getting
AirTran Airways to come to Pensacola, and I will continue my efforts to attract Southwest
Airlines.
- Library I am very proud of the new Tryon
Branch Library under construction on Langley Avenue. I look forward to helping to improve our downtown
facility.
- Recycling Together we can implement a
program that works well for everyone.
- Beautification I support aggressive
code-enforcement and have specific plans to clean up and landscape our town.
- Downtown I will work hard to complete
community development projects currently underway so citizens of Pensacola can enjoy economic
opportunities along with an enhanced quality of life. Projects that must be completed quickly include
the sewage plant relocation, Community Maritime Park, Saenger Theatre rennovation, Technology Park,
Alcaniz Corridor, and Plaza de Luna..

"We need a
new type of leader for Pensacola, one who is involved and who believes in pursuing new ideas and
initiatives. That's the kind of mayor I want to be, and I look forward to working together as we move
Pensacola...
from good to GREAT!"
