It is no secret that I love Pensacola. I grew up here and chose to raise my family and build my business here. Serving as your Mayor has been a true privilege. I stand ready to assume the duties of the new strong Mayor. I bring experience, determination, knowledge and the proven ability to get things done to this new position. I will move Pensacola forward without sacrificing the character and charm of our great city.

WIGGINS COMMENTS ON BARE'S ENDORSEMENT

Charles Bare endorsed me for Mayor of Pensacola and I am sincerely
grateful for this very
important endorsement. I firmly believe that Charles and I
share a common goal of moving this City forward
especially in the areas of economic development and job
creation. Throughout the primary campaign, I
was very impressed with Charles’ knowledge of the issues and
his ability to communicate his platform to the
citizens. I know he will play an important part in our
city’s progress. I look forward to working with

and his supporters as I prepare to move into the strong mayor position.

Endorses Mike Wiggins for Mayor of Pensacola
“Mayor Wiggins shares my desire for a government that is focused on customer service. He also believes in helping
our existing businesses succeed while creating conditions for attracting new businesses.”
Over the past six months, Charles Bare ran a grassroots campaign that took him to the doorsteps, living rooms and
garages of thousands of city residents. He worked very hard to get his message of open and honest government to
the people. After spending 25 weekdays in a row waving on street corners, Bare is ready to get back to spending time
with his family and his business. He is not ready to stop working for Pensacola. Two candidates remain in the Mayor’s
race and Bare is committed to getting the best one elected.
Bare looks forward to supporting Wiggins over the coming months. “This is a critical election for the people of Pensacola.
We need an honest candidate who will work hard to advance Pensacola.” Throughout the campaign, Bare and Wiggins
maintained a cordial and constructive dialogue. “I believe Mike is open to my ideas and will work diligently to help a city
that is suffering from a down economy and poor decisions from the past.”
Bare is grateful for the 1763 people who cast their votes for him and he encourages th to vote for Mayor Mike Wiggins
in November.
